REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN APRIL

Summer Football Athletic Development & Skills Camp

2 days a week - I hour sessions.  One session will be strength and conditioning, one session will be position based skill training.

Athletic Development

The athletic development portion will train movement coordination, speed, agility, and strength that will promote each athlete’s long-term development in football and any other sports they play. Learning movement coordination will build the physical abilities needed to apply toward creating new football skills. Speed and agility training will train the ability to separate and chase down other athletes on the playing field. Strength, core strength, and contact preparation will put the athlete in the best physical condition to handle the physicality of the football field.

Skills

The football skills portion is crafted to elevate athletes’ technical abilities for long-term football development. It centers on teaching all skills to all athletes. Athletes will cover throwing, catching, blocking, footwork, route running, ball control, and the aspects needed to succeed at every position on the football field. We aim to develop better football players for the upcoming season and success for the remainder of their football careers.
