At the heart of every Elkhorn Athletic Association program is the dedication and passion of our volunteer coaches. Quality coaching is essential to ensuring that every athlete, no matter their sport, skill level, or experience, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Our coaches shape the player experience both on and off the field, teaching the fundamentals of the game while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence. The quality of our programs is directly tied to the quality of the people leading them.
We understand the significant sacrifice it takes for parents to step into this role, balancing work, family, and personal commitments while dedicating time to practices, games, and mentoring young athletes. All coaches in our programs must pass a stringent background check to ensure a safe and positive environment for every participant. Without these dedicated volunteers, we could not offer the wide range of opportunities that make EAA such a special place for kids to play and develop. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our coaches for their time, energy, and unwavering commitment to our athletes and our community.
