EAA’s Nebraska Prime Baseball program is built for athletes who are ready to compete at the highest levels of youth baseball. With advanced coaching, rigorous training, and opportunities to face strong competition, Prime provides an elite environment that challenges players to continually raise their game. The program emphasizes both individual development and team success, preparing athletes to excel on the field while building the discipline, resilience, and leadership needed to thrive at the next level.

For players seeking an even bigger stage, Nebraska Prime Nationals offers select athletes the chance to compete in premier tournaments and showcases across the region and beyond. These experiences not only test athletes against some of the best competition in the country but also provide valuable exposure opportunities that help players pursue their goals in high school, college, and beyond.

At the very top, EAA Prospects brings together the best players in Nebraska to compete at the highest level of youth baseball. This program is built for athletes who have demonstrated exceptional skill and commitment, giving them opportunities to play on some of the biggest stages while representing the state’s top talent. Prospects is the ultimate step in the EAA baseball pathway, designed to push athletes to their fullest potential and prepare them for the future of the game.

Nebraska Prime select baseball teams are for players ranging from age 7-14. Team rosters are formed with players looking for a more competitive baseball team with the goal to prepare to play for high school and college.  These players come from within the Elkhorn School District, as well as surrounding districts.

Select Teams are funded solely by team members through fees and/or fundraising events of the select program and/or team.

DIVISIONS

MAJORS

  • Teams typically play 50-60 games per season; normally 3-4 events (games or practices) per week.
  • Teams participate in 4-9 tournaments per season
  • The Major classification consists of the highest level of talent; the top 5%-10% of players at tryouts

AAA DIVISION

  • Teams typically play 40-50 games per season; normally  2-3 events (games or practices) per week.
  • Teams will participate in 4-9 tournaments throughout the season
  • AAA teams consists of high talent with the top 25% – 30% of players at tryouts

AA DIVISION

  • Teams typically play 30-45 games per season; normally 1-2 events (games or practices) per week
  • Teams will participate in 3-5 tournaments throughout the season

A DIVISION

  • Typically play 25-35 games per season; normally 1-2 events (games or practices) per week as there is a higher focus on practicing and teaching fundamentals
  • Participates in 2-4 weekend tournaments per season

PRIME NATIONALS TRYOUTS

Prime Nationals will host tryouts for all players looking to compete with the best players available. We will put together top rosters of players to challenge themselves nationally against the best programs in the country.  National Teams provide an elite atmosphere with the best development resources and network in the country.

PROJECTED 2025 TEAM DETAILS

Prime Nationals will compete with 10U to 14U National Teams during the 2025 competitive season. Our competitive environment will challenge player skills in practice and in premier tournaments across the Midwest.  Players will begin with an Assessment in August and then move in to Development Programs and Nationals Academy in September.  Team Practices begin in January.

OUR HIGHEST LEVEL

The Nebraska Prospects are among the top teams in the state, committed to providing athletes with the most development opportunities both on and off the field. Players will compete at the Major/Top 2-3 level, challenging themselves regionally and nationally at elite tournaments, including Super Regional NIT’s and World Series Events. These teams are designed for players who are fully committed to their development and want to push themselves to the highest standards.

2026 REGISTRATION COSTS

  • 7U PRIME: $1250 Base Registration fee
    8U-14U PRIME: $1450 Base Registration fee

The base registration fee does NOT include uniform costs or team budget expenses.
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is due at the time of registration to secure a spot on the team.

*You can opt to pay the remaining amount in full (receive a $50 discount) or choose the payment plan option which will utilize auto payments on September 15, November 15, and January 15.

Uniform costs will vary per team based on coach selections.  Team budget expenses cover the costs for tournaments, weekday home games, equipment/supplies, and other team related expenses.  Team budget expenses will be determined by coaches and families for each individual team in August.  Families will be invoiced for these team budget expenses in September.
