Force New Season Kickoff Meeting

• April 10th at 6pm at Venue 779 2523 Old River Road., Waterloo, NE, United States, Nebraska
• Come find out what we have in store for next season! Our meeting will begin with a presentation and Q&A with Dr. Caze - a concussion specialist doctor. We will be discussing fundraising, NEW handbook, goals, competitions, and MORE! We will also be debuting our NEW UNIFORMS!

Tryout/New Season Info:

• Force Tryouts will be held June 3rd-11th at the NEW EAA Cheer gym (2710 River Road Dr. Waterloo 68069) If your child has a conflict please let us know.
• We will assign everyone a session group and that schedule will be sent out June 1st or earlier. Athletes should wear athletic clothing, hair up, and cheer shoes. Tryouts are very relaxed. They feel like a regular season practice while coaches take notes on what skills they can safely perform.
  • GROUP 1 - JUNE 3RD 4-6PM, JUNE 5TH 4-6PM, JUNE 10TH 4-6PM
  • GROUP 2 - JUNE 3RD 6-8PM, JUNE 5TH 4-6PM, JUNE 10TH 4-6PM
  • GROUP 3 - JUNE 4TH 4-6PM, JUNE 6TH 6-8PM, JUNE 11TH 4-6PM
  • GROUP 4 JUNE 4TH 6-8PM, JUNE 6TH 6-8PM, JUNE 11TH 6-8PM
• We will assign everyone a session group and that schedule will be sent out June 1st or sooner.
• Mandatory Uniform Fittings June 15th 2024 at NEW EAA Cheer gym (2710 River Road Dr. Waterloo 68069) Schedule to follow according to team placements.
• MANDATORY Choreography takes place July 22nd-26th. 
• Squad placements will be emailed out June 12th by noon. If you’d like your athlete to find out their team at the reveal, do not tell them! We will hold the reveal before our signing party. This will take place beginning at 6pm at Venue 779 located at 2523 River Rd Dr, Waterloo, NE 68069 (across the street from the gym).
• Following the reveal, athletes and parents will sign their contracts. We will have a table set up with a backdrop as a photo op! At 7pm, we will hold a parent meeting to go over valuable information about the upcoming season, including a presentation from Dr. Caze - a concussion specialist doctor. (Most of this is a repeat of the April 10th meeting)
• You must register your athlete on demosphere before June 16th. During registration you can select what payment plan works best for your family. If one of the options listed doesn’t work, you can call the office and we can personalize it to your needs. Registration must be complete prior to fittings on June 16th.
• The first session of fittings will be held June 16th at 2pm at our gym. Your athlete should arrive wearing tight clothing or a swimsuit to quickly try on sizers. Sizes will be recorded for all items. Another fitting will be held July 21st also at 2pm at our gym for those who missed the first. Uniform orders will be paid via Demosphere registration titled “Force Uniform 2024”. There you will set up payments for required items and select what optional items you’d like. All items must be paid in full by August 30th. To be clear: You MUST “register” for uniforms and complete payments prior to August 30th.
